2. Reservations & Payment
- All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Bookings made directly through our website or reservations team qualify for our Best Rate Guarantee and complimentary airport transfer.
- A valid credit/debit card or advance payment is required to guarantee a reservation.
- V Hotel India reserves the right to modify published rates at any time for future bookings.
- Corporate clients with credit facilities are governed by their signed Credit Agreement.
3. Cancellation Policy
Our standard cancellation policy applies to all bookings. Please review the full Cancellation Policy for rates and timelines applicable to your reservation type.
- Standard reservations: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival
- Non-refundable rates: No cancellation or modification permitted after booking
- MICE/Group bookings: Subject to separate contract terms
4. Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
- All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in as required by Indian law
- Foreign nationals must present their passport and visa documentation
5. Property Rules
- V Hotel India properties are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas
- Pets are not permitted unless prior written approval has been obtained
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay
- V Hotel India reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to vacate for conduct that disturbs others or violates hotel policies
- All guests must comply with applicable Indian laws during their stay
6. Limitation of Liability
V Hotel India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific reservation giving rise to the claim.
V Hotel India is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings. Safe deposit boxes are available in all rooms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and design elements, is the exclusive property of V Hotel India and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

V Hotel India reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
